BREAD RANGE
Bread slices:
Portion packed low carbohydrate bread
slices. 8 slices per pack. “South Africa’s Healthiest Bread” –
lowest carbohydrate, lowest GI, lowest calorie bread in the
country. Ingredients: Whole ground almonds, linseed and oats
combination, gluten, baking powder, yeast, salt, water. Perfect
for sandwiches, toast, etc.
Wraps:
Low carbohydrate mini wraps. 4 Per
pack. Ingredients: Whole ground almonds, linseed and oats
combination, gluten, baking powder, yeast, salt, soya protein
isolate, water. Can be used for traditional wraps, mini pizza’s,
nacho chips, etc.
Pita bread:
Low carbohydrate pita bread. 3 Per
pack. Ingredients: Whole ground almonds, linseed and oats
combination, gluten, baking powder, yeast, salt, water. Can be
used for filled pita pockets, schwarma’s, pita burger, etc.

BAKE RANGE
Low carbohydrate all-purpose bake mix:
Packed in 225g packets. Has just 14g
of impact carbohydrates per 100g compared to traditional flours
that have more than 70g of impact carbs per 100g. Ingredients:
Whole ground almonds, linseed and oats combination, gluten. Very
high in fibre, omega fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Can be
used like ordinary flour to replace traditional flours in most
recipes.
